M/T Alexander the Great, M/T Achilleas and M/T Atlantas Receive the QualShip 21 Awards for 2015 by the U.S. Coast Guard.

Athens, Greece, March 9, 2015. M/T Alexander the Great, M/T Achilleas and M/T Atlantas, all vessels managed by Capital Ship Management Corp., received the QualShip 21 award by the U.S. Coast Guard.

Vessels awarded under this scheme should be recognized and rewarded for their commitment to safety and quality. On January 1, 2001, the Coast Guard implemented an initiative to identify high-quality ships, and provide incentives to encourage quality operations. This initiative is called QUALSHIP 21, quality shipping for the 21st century.
